 Conference documents & Badges for purchased services should be collected at the registration desk at conference venue:

For cancellations received before May 30th, 2022 registration fees will be refunded less a charge of EUR 15 for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
Remaining funds will be refunded to clients account within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
A handling fee of EUR 15 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after May 30th, 2022
COMPLAINTS: All complaints must be made to a representative of The Prague Concert Co. in a person or sent by mail to mailto:radim@concert.cz as soon as possible after the subject of a complaint arises.
The Prague Concert Co. will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the subject of a complaint immediately. 
At the latest all complaints will be responded to and a resolution offered within 30 days of their being made.
GDPR: All personal data provided by participants will be used by The Prague Concert Co. s.r.o. solely for the purpose of registration, invoicing and communication before, during and after the conference.
 Such data will not be used for the sending of newsletters or unsolicited commercial offers and will be not forwarded to 3rd parties without the participants’ prior permission

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

As of 9th April 2022, the protective measures regarding the conditions of entry into the Czech Republic in relation to the epidemic of covid-19 have been suspended.
Entry into the Czech Republic is no longer subject to any special epidemiological conditions to prevent the spread of the disease. The entry-ban for foreigners from third-countries and the obligation to prove infection-free status have been lifted.

Wearing of respirators or face masks is not obligatory anymore in the Czech Republic. It is not requiered in public transport, health facilities nor at indoor events.
