The following items have been booked for you:
- 6 nights accommodation in multi-bedded rooms in a student residence (18th July – 24th July 2022)
- 6 x continental breakfast
- 5 x lunch
- 7 x rehearsal in the Congress Centre of the Czech National Bank
- 1 x rehearsal in Žofín Palace Great Hall
- 1 x concert in Žofín Palace Great Hall
- Use of percussion instruments (for percussion players – please bring your own sticks)
- 1 x ticket to Gala Concert of Prague Castle Guard and Czech Police Symphonic Band AND US Marine Band „The President’s Own” at St. Vitus‘s Cathedral on 21 July 2022
- WASBE Prague 2022 T-shirt
- WYWO members will have free admission to all WASBE concerts (subject to available capacity).
The following items are excluded from the registration fee and the costs must be met directly by participants:
- Travel costs for journey to Prague
- Public transportation in Prague
- Travel insurance
- Dinners
